A New Home...

Good morning! I am finally settling in to our new place in California! Wow, this has been a wild ride with lots of changes on so many levels! Luckily I embrace change-change is necessary for things to move forward and for one to grow, but this is alot all at once for anyone!

 I thought I would share with you some pictures of our view from the living room overlooking SF Bay and also of my new studio. Lots of changes have been made to the space as well, bringing in the new and releasing some old. I hope 2012 has felt as good for you as 2011 did! This year definitely has a different energy. For me, 2011 had a very hurried feel, as if there was alot to accomplish with only a short window to do it in, it was a time to clean house so to speak. In that year I actually did accomplish many things, I wrote my first book, started a new practice at a Holistic Center, wrote, created and taught my FaeryLight Practitioner Course, moved twice, went to Ireland twice and started up a new online business! Not bad for a years work!

 Now standing at the precipice of 2012, I feel that same sense of urgency to get to work, but also that it is a very spiritual time, a sacred time, a time for deep inner exploration combined with a longing to connect deeply to the Divine Source. What an amazing time we live in...what an honor to be part of this elaborate and Divine dance we call life. Enjoy it, savor each moment, learn, grow, stand in your own truth and never let anyone tell you that you don't matter! YOU SO MATTER!!

So let me tell you some plans I already have in the works for 2012!  In 2011 I utterly and completely loved all the classes and workshops I taught-and I love each and every one of my students that allowed me to share that knowledge with them! Wow, it does not get better than that...or does it??? I have this deep need to reach out further, to extend and expand to others the same knowledge! (see my first article for 2012 below...) So this year will be focused on not only teaching in-person classes in California and Arizona but will be branching out to Ireland as well as many online classes and workshops so that no matter where you live..you can take these courses too! I will also be finishing my second book which I am really excited about...more on that as the year goes on. I will be developing some wonderful CD meditations and journey's as well! Lots to do and I am so excited to have you all right here beside me!

Trusting Your Heart...

Believe nothing merely because you have been told it. Do not believe what your teacher tells you merely out of respect for the teacher. But whatever, after due examination and analysis, you find to be kind, conducive to the good, the benefit, the welfare of all beings - that doctrine believe and cling to, and take it as your guide.

I know…I know, I have said this before, but we really are living in such an amazing time, so many of us have awakened to our true purpose here upon this Earth and it is truly my pleasure to take my place amongst all the other Lightworkers here to be of service to others.

My calling and greatest passion in this life is teaching, there is no greater reward for me than being of service to others. I often tell my students that this step is only the beginning and that this journey is not always easy, it can be difficult and painful at times as one is starting the process of releasing past pains, fears and emotions. It can be lonely at times as some find it hard to stay with certain loved ones or friends because they have changed and grown while the others have stayed the same. It can be hard to find like-minded people along the journey, and they feel a longing to be with others that now think as they do. The Ego will kick into over drive and tell you that you are not good enough, smart enough, you don’t have the right experience, you don’t have enough money, to walk this path…well I am here to tell you that you have all of this and more. You are a Divine Child of this Universe, you are good enough, smart enough, you already have all the experience you need within your heart to fulfill this mission, and you have the abundance of the entire Universe in the palm of your hand, all you have to do is TRUST!

Trust that all your needs will be provided for, it may sound like the hardest thing to do, especially in these times, but my dear ones…like attracts like, that is the universal law. If you wake up and say to yourself that “I don’t have enough money to take that course” you will not, these are self fulfilling prophecies, not the work of an outside influence. Your thoughts, words, actions, become your manifestations. We all have the opportunity every morning when we wake up to have either a beautiful day or a bad day, it is our attitude that changes everything around us. When we make a conscious effort to see the love in everyone and everything-that is what we will see. I share this with you now because I want you to know that I have been there and I am telling you from my heart that this journey is worth every moment, every tear, every pain, because the joyful, happy, knock your socks off amazing moments, far out-weigh them all.

You will have many teachers along this path and I always tell my students that I am just one of their many, but I am standing up now to say “I don’t have all the answers”, all I can do is speak from my heart and share with all of you my experiences and what I have learned thus far, if what I share or teach feels good to you in your heart then wonderful! And if something that I say does not feel right in your heart, that is fine too, release it, just let it go! It will not offend me as I am so proud that you are living your truth! This is how it should be with every teacher you have along your journey of learning, you are always in control of your life and that includes choosing what to take into your heart and mind.

This is where the amazing part begins, when after you have taken many classes on all the wonderful healing modalities out there, and you start to feel comfortable with all that you have taken in, you start to make it your own! You start to create your own healing techniques based upon all you have learned! It becomes a recipe; your recipe, and let me tell you…it is beautiful. I wish all of you, my students, my friends, my brothers and sisters, a beautiful and sacred journey. Listen to your heart, the place that is connected to the Divine, and you will never go wrong.

A Joy-Full Beginning...

Hello dear ones, Wow life has been an adventure for me lately! Over the last years I have had a few different blogs, and I thank each and every one of you for your continued support and patience with me as I know I am not always the best at keeping you all updated. Part of me has missed keeping up on my blog posts but the other part of me knows I have work to do! Honestly, none of us should have to apologize because we have missed time in posting, life is busy and we do our best, say it with me..."I Am That I Am!".

As a healing practitioner, I go where Spirit needs me to, where I can best be of service to others in whatever capacity that is. In between that, I focus on creating my spiritual art and the products I feel can benefit the health and well-being of others. For the last two years I have rented space at a local Holistic Center teaching Usui and Karuna Reiki classes, my own classes I created and developed, monthly drum circles and offering Reiki Sessions, Crystal Therapy, and Spiritual Wellness Coaching. This work is so fulfilling to my heart and soul and I adore teaching others, empowering them to live their lives in health, abundance and joy! So it came as quite a surprise to me when a few months back my husband was given an amazing opportunity to take a fantastic job in San Francisco! At first my heart sank because I thought instantly of all my current clients that come to me every week for their sessions, how was I going to be able to be of service to them? And then it was the overwhelming thought of the task before me of packing again and moving to a city I knew nothing about!

Needless to say I snapped out of my pity party and accepted it for the amazing gift that it was...an opportunity! I started to feel this unbelievable gratitude that Spirit was calling me to another place to continue my work, it may not be in the same way I am now, but i am working on it and excited by the prospects! We found a great place to live overlooking the water in Marin County in a charming town called Tiburon. I will be flying back to AZ once a month to continue teaching my classes while also searching within Marin county for additinal places to teach. We move in just a few weeks and needless to say the holidays have been especially chaotic due to all the scheduling and packing etc. So now I am taking this opportunity to focus on selling my handmade wares that I sell in stores in Phoenix and Sedona, to offering them on Etsy and EBay in the hopes that more people will find them healing on their journeys to self discovery and wellness! My intention of this blog is to offer you a space you can come to relax and feed your Spirit. To nourish you with articles and projects while also offering you my spiritual art and soothing Aromatherapy products for your greatest well-being. No matter where I go, it is all of you that I want to be of service to, you are what makes my heart sing and anytime I can help another is the greatest day, for what are we here for if not to help one another get through this journey healthier, wiser and happier then when we started it?
